Shipping Policy
At Tapestried, every product is handmade with love and care - just for you! Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you:

Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. For international shipping, please reach out to us directly at tapestried.india@gmail.com

Processing Time
Since our products are handmade, please allow us 6-12 business days for your order to be prepared. Custom orders may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Areas: 5–7 business days
You’ll receive tracking details via whatsapp once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on orders above 1500 rupees
 • Standard shipping fee of 100 rupees for orders below that


Incorrect Shipping Details
• Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
• If you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order — we’ll try our best to update it.
• Once shipped, we cannot edit the shipping address.
• If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, re-shipping charges will apply.
• We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Cash on Delivery
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid via the secure payment options available at checkout.

Delays & Issues
