At Tapestried, every piece is thoughtfully handmade — which means each order is one-of-a-kind and made just for you. Because of the nature of our work, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any orders.
Please review your cart carefully before placing an order — double-check product details, shipping info, and custom requests. Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Returns (Only in Case of Damage)
We accept returns only in case the product reaches you in a damaged condition.
To be eligible for a return:
• You must share a clear unboxing video as proof, showing the package being opened from the start without cuts or edits.
• The video must clearly capture the damage/defect and must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
• If approved, we will offer a replacement of the same product or provide store credit.
Returns will not be accepted without a valid unboxing video. We hope you understand that this is to ensure fairness for both sides.
